The withdrawal of opiates are worst in the world basically I belong to a country where there is no karatom methadone oxycodone available so the only way is cold turkey means a lot of pain and water which is with you or you can take Panadol or over the counter medication I was heroin user from last 12 years and now thanks to God 🙏 am clean so you can also do it and the best way is tapering your dosage it helps a lot there will be withdrawals but not like those you suddenly quits it's scientifically proven that opiates leave your body in 3 days if you stop using the rest is mind games because your routine changes your behaviour changes you loose your confidence you want to be alone so tapering is the best option my daily usage was 5 grams per day than I cut it too 3 grams and some sleeping pills like Xanax aur valium but I don't want to change my addiction I took shower 5 times a day then after few days I lower my dosage to 1.5grams my diet was getting better there was sleeping issues like a month but don't worry when the time will come sleep will come also you won't believe I awake for 23 nights only having sleep of 20 mins or 30 mins everything I eat comes out vomiting diarrhea this all happened when I go cold turkey and just quit it was like hell then there I go heard of tapering quitting slowly and with in 2 months I got 5mg to 0.5 mg per day and then I took sleeping pills for 3 to 4 days and am after 12 years for now it would be my 6th year so nothing is impossible if you guys want any advice need to talk am there for you am from Pakistan and you can search only cold turkey available here they lock you in a room for 3 to 4 days pretending to medicate you but they give simple painkiller like wilgesic so guys love your life and try to be clean because from one person become addicted the whole family suffer
